Here are the few very simple rules (even though they may look hard) you have to follow if you want to submit fanfics:
You have to include the following everytime you submit something.
Your name/alias (please use the same name if you have submitted something to me before...I have everything catalogued by name so if the first time you submitted something under Annie and now you are submitting something again use the SAME NAME.)
Your e-mail address (has to be valid and if you change it let me know so I can change it ok?)
The title of your story
Specify the name of the series your fic is on
The part, chapter, episode, etc number if any
Rating like G, PG, PG-13, etc
You can submit fics that are based on other animes like Utena, Pokemon, etc...they don't have to be just FY, SM, and X fics.
Don't copy someone else's work and say it's your own!
I want .txt or .doc files zipped
That's it until I can think up of any other important and probably unnecessary (from your POV anyways) rules ^_^.
